Developing a talking Microsoft Agent buddy to assist desktop work

The project target is to realize using VB6 a little unobtrusive program to: -load a favourite Microsoft Agent Character among the ones installed; -make it throw a quote every 5 minutes or at a given command; -make it act with random expressions while quoting (possibly relating these to the actual quote he's reporting); -make it listen to voice commands; -make it read custom text pasted in a dedicated box; -something else....(WIP feature list)
